About the survey
Do you smoke and work in a routine or manual job in Derbyshire? We want to hear from you!
If you work in jobs such as:
- Construction
- Care Work
- Warehouse work
- Retail and hospitality
- Farm work and Agriculture
- Other routine or manual jobs
We want to learn about your smoking habits. What might make you want to stop? What help do you know about?
Your answers will help services provide better support to people in the future.
Specifically, we will ask:
- About your work
- Your smoking habits
- Your motivations behind smoking
- Your thoughts about quitting.
We’ll also include some optional questions about you. These help us understand how different groups experience health services.
Our survey will only take 5-10 minutes of your time. Thank you for taking part. At the end, you can opt into a prize draw for a £50 shopping voucher!
